Natural Language → Structure Parsing

Multi-function pipeline: toIdentifier()/toBlockName() for name normalization (possessives, hyphens, unicode), parseInputList() for comma/and-separated lists, parseCondition() for 47+ NL patterns to AST (is/equals, comparisons, AND/OR/NOT), parseActions() for imperatives. Achieves 90%+ accuracy with <500ms for 500-field forms. See alp-parser/form-generator.ts.
