Learnings

ESLint 10 incompatibility confirmed: typescript-eslint@8.x requires eslint ^8.57||^9, eslint-plugin-react@7.x requires eslint ^3-^9.7. Pin to ^9.39.2 across the org. Added dependabot ignore rules to all 40 repos.
Docker compose reads .env locally: When using docker --context windows-pc compose, the .env is read from the local compose file directory, not the remote host. Both locations must be kept in sync.
Buffer submodule requires separate commits: ops-core/buffer/ is a git submodule. File deletions must be committed inside the submodule first, then the submodule pointer updated in the parent repo.

Comprehensive assessment completed: CI failure rate verified at 18.75% (3/16), not 61% as previously claimed. Root causes identified and fixed for SoundBoard, Aura, and gw.
Simon Willison blog posts extracted: 20 posts consolidated into single vault reference doc grouped by theme (coding agents, browser sandboxing, AI capabilities). Buffer files deleted.
4 new blog feed candidates proposed: Julia Evans, Kent C. Dodds, Mitchell Hashimoto, The Pragmatic Engineer — all added to blogs.yaml with enabled: false.

Pseudogen E2E runner deployed: Added runner-pseudogen to docker-compose.yml, registered on GitHub with correct labels.

“Verify before declaring done” pattern: Multiple claims from prior sessions were wrong (CI failure rate, migration completeness, orphaned .git files). Always verify mass operations with org-wide grep, not spot checks.
“Show agents patterns, not instructions”: From Simon Willison digest — agents produce better code when shown existing codebases with good patterns rather than detailed specifications.

CB-018 status table should be updated to reflect 16 runners (was 9/9, now 16/16 with pseudogen)
